IM 70.3 Frankfort Pre-race Meeting

As part of our support for this Club race happening on Sept 12, we will be having a pre-race virtual meeting to go over a lot of items, answer questions, and hopefully enhance your experience that weekend. Topics include:

• Course recon
• Ironman race start format, general about Ironman races
• Bike mechanical prep
• Racking bikes together as a Club
