I'm doing a long training ride for Ironman prep, route heads to Chelsea then west around Waterloo, 4hr at ~16mph avg. Semi-drop ride, I will stick to my pace but feel free to drop me and do your own thing or cut the route short to fit your goals. Save yourself, bring tubes, CO2, nutrition, phone, $$.
