Swim, Bike, Run, CHILL

To close out a unique 2020 season, we hosting a casual training day.  This event is a nice way to connect with other members and practice all three disciplines. 


Spring Mill Pond - Turn right once in the park and follow the signs

Set up - (8 AM) Please use your car as your transition. This ensures proper spacing. 

Swim - (8:30-9:30)  Swim 20 mins or the entire hour.  Practice your T1 as many times as you like.  No Lifeguard.  Please bring your safe swimmer.  http://saferswimmer.com/

Bike - (9:30 to 10:30) We cycle on the main 6 mile road within the park. Go back and forth until you are done. Note: Cars will be using the road. Please use caution.

Run  - (10:30-11:30) We will use part of the blue trail to run an out and back route.

CHILL - at 11:30-ish. The club will provide some snacks in a 'COVID friendly' way. We encourage you to bring your own drinks and other food for the CHILL part.


  • Board members, Sam Ritter and Kimberly Vaughn will be available to answer questions
  • Please maintain our 'new norm' practicies: keep 6ft distance, wear a mask if you can't maintain distance, stay home if you are unwell, stay home if you have been exposed to someone who has COVID
  • Bring a chair and CHILL with us! We have missed you and the comaraderie of our sport.
