Matt Dana will be leading a group bike workout on Zwift.

When:  Every Thursday Night  - Link to Event

Time:  6:05 pm

Workout:  The workouts will be interval based.  The intervals will range from 30 seconds to 25 minutes and the effort will be determined by the length of the interval and are based on a percentage of your FTP.  Your FTP should be as accurate as possible loaded into Zwift.

Some nights if you are tired or just not feeling 100%, these intervals will be very tough.  You can adjust the intensity of the workouts using the following instructions.  It is better to tone down the intensity, than just give up and quit the workout!!!
