By guiding her clients through individualized practices that calm the nervous system, balance emotions, reduce stress, and create positive changes in the way the brain functions, she empowers them with practical tools for mental, physical, and emotional health. She incorporates a variety of research-validated techniques from mindful awareness practices, including various forms of mindfulness, meditation, breath work, and yoga.
