Track Workouts - 2 OPTIONS

PARKER PERFORMANCE / ANN ARBOR RUNNING COMPANY

We're very excited to partner with club sponsor and friend Michael Parker from Parker Performance Training and the Ann Arbor Running Company for a run workout program free to Ann Arbor Tri Club members.  Details are on the Event Calendar.

When:  Tuesday evenings at 6p for run briefing and announcements

Location: Ann Arbor Running Company Kerrytown, 4th and Ann, Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR TRACK CLUB

If you have membership with the Ann Arbor Track Club, track workouts are held every Tuesday evening (at the U of M indoor facility from November 1st until the end of March and on the outdoor track from April 1st until the end of October). When:  Tuesday evenings (warm-ups start at 7:00pm during the indoor season; 6:30 during the  outdoor season)
