Track Club Workouts

For club liability reasons, to participate in club workouts, you are required to be a Ann Arbor Triathlon Club member. 

If you have reciprocal membership with the Ann Arbor Track Club, track workouts are held every Tuesday evening (at the U of M indoor facility from November 1st until the end of March and on the outdoor track from April 1st until the end of October). Workouts vary depending on the week. For more details on workouts, check out their website at and

When:  Tuesday evenings (warm-ups start at 7:00pm during the indoor season; 6:30 during the  outdoor season)
